On Wednesday, 3rd July 2013, the German Federal Highway Research Institute BASt invited experts and representatives to a meeting within their workshop series on „driver training“ (2010-2012) in Bergisch Gladbach. In this sixth meeting under the title information session on the process of improving the system of measures for novice drivers –see also the agenda – the lively discussions of approx. 35 experts – including those from the publishers Degener and Heinrich Vogel (see list of participants) – focused on a possible „institutionalization of a comprehensive scientific driver training“. In this regard, MOVING presented its „model of community for education – the arge AB 21„, which was developed in spring 2012.
