On Tuesday, 14 May 2013 MOVING organized a parliamentary spring breakfast in Berlin. The keynote lecture on “Inappropriate Speed – Accident Cause No. 1” was given by Prof. Dr. Ralf Risser (University of Vienna, Technical University of Lund/Sweden), followed by a lively discussion with road safety experts from all parliamentary parties of the German Bundestag.
